Price includes: wireless internet service, business services, assisstance of live in manager, 24/7 local help line, mobile phone and laptop rental and all taxes included (breakfast not included)

Bookings for 1-6 days: Reservations may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival; otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be charged by the apartment company.

Bookings for 7-14 days: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise 3 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the apartment company.

Bookings longer than 14 days: Reservations may be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival; otherwise 5 nights of accommodation are to be charged by the apartment company.

Please note that in case of a booking for 7nights or longer a prepayment might be required by the apartment companies. The ammount of the prepayment can be between the price of 3 or 5 nights of accommodation.

Also please note that in case a booking of four guests or more in the same apartment or in case of group reservations the apartment companies might ask for a safety deposit. The ammount of the safety deposit is usually 50EUR/guests. The safety deposit will be refunded upon check out if the apartment will be in a normal condition. Thank you for your understanding.
