Our reservation form and procedure is very simple. Select your Hotel and click on the "Book hotel" button. Fill up the guest information section. After you have filled this section up you can select your desired room type. Select the date of your arrival, the room types and the number of nights. Check the total cost of your stay. The "Requirements" section will allow you to request special amenities or needs from the Hotels. Budapest Hotel Search will respond to your special request within 24 hours. After you fill out all requested information, click Send Reservation.

In case of submitting a hotel booking request you will be required to provide information about your credit card -such as card number- at the time of booking. Most hotels will not hold rooms without a credit card number. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out the hotel unless the type of room you selected states that a deposit is required, or if you don't show up at the hotel without canceling your reservation on time. In this case the hotels might charge the amount specified in their Cancellation Policy.

After submitting your reservation request you will receive an acknowledgment email in 5 minutes stating that BudapestHotelSearch received your request. Then your reservation request will be followed up within 24 hours either with an e-mail confirmation or if your requested accommodation is not available, with an alternate accommodation offer.

You will find the cancellation policy next to the price table of the hotel. Also you will find the cancellation policy in the email confirmation sent to you by Budapest Hotel Search. The standard increments are you must cancel the room(s) by 4 or 6 PM, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to your specified arrival. If you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty. Canceling after the specified period will result in a cancellation penalty fee, which is usually one night of accommodation.

Absolutely! Budapest Hotel Search has a correct procedure transferring and handling your credit card data. To ensure your security we utilize SSL secure commerce server that encrypts credit card numbers and encodes them into a non-usable form. Also we give you opportunity to send the required data via fax. After receiving your data we make your reservation with the Hotel, and then we delete all credit card information on a daily basis. So we do not keep your card number longer than 24 hours! Also our server works behind an electronic firewall, so all data we keep are perfectly safe.
