It offers higher standard than most of the other apartments in Budapest as it is situated in a brand new building and also all equipments and the furniture are new. It has a spacious and bright living room equipped with new furniture, TV with satellite channels so you can enjoy English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Greek, and Hungarian channels as well. It has a separated comfortable bedroom with double bed and also it has an open able sofa available in the living room, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities (electric oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, fridge, etc...) Krisztina Apartments Nivo receives lots of natural light through the wide windows; you can enjoy the view of the garden from the balcony which opens from the living-room. There is an elevator in the building. All bed sheets, towels, soap, toilet and cleaning papers are provided for the guests.

Krisztina Apartments Nivo and Nivo Grand are in the same building (5th and 6th floor) so they can accommodate group of up to 8 guests.
